The Targu Mures By-pass falls within the Government of Romania’s extensive programme of bypass construction covering more than 30 towns and cities. DIWI were engaged to review proposed alignments, produce detailed designs, and supervise construction. The final route necessitated the design of five new bridges and 4 viaducts with an estimated construction cost of €55.1 Million.
